DIOKO Bible Studies

New study begins September 10th & 11th, 2012.

Studies are offered on Monday evenings, 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Tuesday mornings, 9:15-11:15 p.m. at The Stage. Childcare is provided. The cost is $20.00.

DIOKO is a Greek word that means to hold on. We meet together to study God's Word for two purposes: to know God and to be reminded that He is holding onto us (DIOKO) no matter what happens to us along the journey. Secondly, we meet to learn how to hold onto to Him (DIOKO) when we are weary, discouraged, fearful or unlearned.

Weekly Bible studies are offered during the Fall & Spring semesters on the church campus. In the past we have done Beth Moore’s studies like: A Woman’s Heart ~ God’s Dwelling Place, Breaking Free, Jesus the One and Only, To Live is Christ, A Heart Like His, Believing God, When Godly People Do Ungodly Things, Breaking Free, Daniel, and more. Henry Blackaby’s: Experiencing God, Robert McGee’s: The Search for Significance, and several by Brenda Blankenship.

The Word of God is paramount in teaching us how to live, how to know God intimately, and how to break free from strongholds in our lives. “Then you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free” (John 8:32)

Cups of Conversation

Join other women of all ages for Fellowship and Prayer. This ministry meets quarterly for fun, sometimes a meal and sometimes dessert, as we fellowship and close the night in prayer. Watch the website or the Sunday program for dates and times. Childcare provided.

Refresh

Meet in a home for Bible study with a guest speaker and fellowship.

Light snacks served. Event is free. Sorry, no childcare.
